Course Description

This workshop will help you with constructing a coherent and effective marketing strategy, which will allow your company to stand out in the market and reach your ideal customers. By using creative and engaging tools, we will move beyond typical market thinking to develop practical, ready-to-implement solutions.

Sample Scenario

Workshop: “Potential Customer Persona”

  • Metaphorical warm-up: Build an ideal traveler to assume the role of another person.
  • Individual model building: Create individual models of the envisioned customer (needs, values, mode of operation).
  • Presentation and discussion: Present the models and discuss differences in persona perception.
  • Creating a shared model: Build a common customer persona model, taking into account key needs, motivations, and challenges.
  • Adding the environment: Add elements of the environment – how contexts influence the customer (market, social environment).
  • Summary and notes: Summarize and record the persona characteristics for further marketing and sales activities.

Details:

  • Deep self-reflection and self-understanding: Building LEGO® models translates abstract thoughts, values, or motivations into tangible, visual structures. Responding to questions of the facilitator through model-building provides a deeper insight into emotions, needs, and goals. This “thinking through action” allows for seeing oneself from a new perspective and facilitates developmental conclusions.
  • Developing creativity and unconventional thinking: The method stimulates a creative approach to personal and professional challenges, encouraging new solutions and the breaking of patterns. It allows for testing scenarios and visualizing ideas without the fear of errors or judgment.
  • Breaking communication barriers: LEGO® models serve as tools for telling a personal story. Even those who are more on the shy side can express themselves, share thoughts and experiences using metaphors and symbols instead of traditional conversation, which facilitates authentic, non-judgmental exchange.
  • Setting goals and planning development: The building process helps with visualizing courses of action and challenges, as well as considering which resources and skills are key for achieving one’s goals. In the model, the participants can see what life or career elements to change, develop, or strengthen.
  • Strengthening motivation and engagement: Play and visualization elements reduce stress and anxiety when confronting personal topics. Participants feel more motivated to act and experiment, as the process is naturally engaging and gives them a feeling of agency.

Working on soft skills: LSP develops communication, presentation, collaboration, and argumentation skills, as participants build models, share stories, and justify their decisions.
